Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Gemina pieces. Because our jewelry is delicate and worn close to the skin, our return policy is as follows.

Returns Rings and bracelets may be returned within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.

To start a return, contact us at contact@geminajewelry.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we provide once your return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & defective items Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will replace defective or damaged pieces free of charge.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@geminajewelry.com.
