Refund policy

Returns

Items may be returned within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible, a piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of damage or defect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the return being received.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome within the same 21-day window. We cover shipping on the replacement piece.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email contact@geminajewelry.com within 72 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace the piece or refund you in full, including shipping.

How to start a return or exchange

Email contact@geminajewelry.com with your order number before sending anything back. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
