What is Gemina Jewelry made of?
All Gemina pieces are made with 925 sterling silver. A few styles use sterling silver ear posts with a silver or gold-plated finish, and this is always noted in the product description.
Is sterling silver good for sensitive skin?
Yes. 925 sterling silver is a great choice for everyday wear and is generally well tolerated by sensitive skin, which is why we use it across our rings, earrings and bracelets.
How do I choose my ring size?
Many of our rings are free size or elastic, so they fit most fingers. Sized rings list their size in the product title and details. If you are unsure, measure a ring you already own or reach out to us before ordering.
How do I care for my sterling silver?
Avoid water, perfume and lotion, and take your pieces off before showering or swimming. Wipe gently with a soft cloth to keep the shine, and store in a dry place when not worn.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver can naturally darken over time, especially with moisture. This is normal and easy to fix with a soft polishing cloth, and regular wear actually helps keep it bright.
Can I stack and layer Gemina pieces?
Yes. Most of our rings and bracelets are designed to be stacked and layered. Look for our Stackable Pieces collection for styles that work well together.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship from Canada to addresses within Canada and the United States. Orders are usually delivered within about 10 business days. Shipping is free on orders over CAD $100; orders under CAD $100 are charged a flat CAD $10 per package. For US orders, any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing or shipping defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. Rings and bracelets can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
