30 days to change your mind

Unworn, in its packaging, within 30 days.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned or exchanged unless there's a quality issue.

If it turns up damaged, email us a photo within 72 hours. We'll replace it or refund you, and you don't need to send anything back.

Lifetime care

Send any piece back and we'll clean and polish it, tighten anything loose, and replace ear backs you've lost. Free, once a year, for as long as you own it. You pay to ship it to us, we pay to ship it back.

Silver plating wears thin over time, and that's normal wear rather than a fault. If it changes in the first 30 days, something wasn't right, and we'll send you a new one.

20% buyback

Done with a piece? Send it back in wearable condition and we'll give you 20% of what you paid, as store credit or cash. Your choice, no time limit.
