Shipping

Every order is packed by hand in Toronto and shipped with tracking, across Canada and the US.

Orders over $120 ship free. Under that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders leave within 2 business days. Canada usually arrives in 3 to 7 business days, the US in 5 to 10. You will get a tracking number the moment it ships.

Returns

If it is not right, send it back. Unworn, in its original packaging, within 21 days of delivery.

Earrings are the exception. For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale. It is the industry standard, and it protects the next person as much as you. If you are unsure about size or fit before ordering, write to us. We answer honestly.

Return shipping is on you; refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the piece reaching us.

Exchanges

Wrong size, wrong length, changed your mind about silver versus gold? Exchange first. We cover the shipping on the replacement piece.

If something arrives damaged

That is on us, entirely. Email contact@geminajewelry.com within 72 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full, shipping included. No forms, no debate.

How to start a return or exchange

Email contact@geminajewelry.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day with instructions. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us; unregistered returns can go missing, and we would rather they did not.
